Food For Your Brain And A Few Ways To Exercise It

Every human can mentally and physically improve himself. One can work on his superpower and also create a new one by working on his brain.

Ok, let’s start from the beginning.

First thing first! Let’s set up our brains to positive thoughts and vibrations. And, that is not so easy to do.

What does that practically mean?

Why do I now go there?

Soon enough you will understand the correlation.

In other words, he said that everything in this Universe has its energy, frequency, and vibration and that determines the path of that substance (particle) whether that is human, material, or non-material world.

The brain is a muscle. Setting up your brain on the right vibration and good, encouraging, prosperous thoughts is your job.

It requires time and regular exercise. Some of the crucial things are how you reprogram your brain from negative to positive thoughts and beliefs.

Start with simple daily affirmations. Write down on a piece of paper 5 strong sentences that will cheer you up. Start with I AM.

I Am perfect

I Am confident

Resonates with this and repeats it every morning and evening before you go to bed. 

Write. Laugh. Get plenty of sleep, that is mini detox for your brain. That is when the body regenerates cells, as well as removes all of the toxins which have built up during the day.

Exercises can improve everything in your life because, if you think about it, your brain is in charge of everything you do.

Simple and effective daily practice can improve every aspect of your life. When you set up your brain on positive, happy, encouraging thoughts and get rid of limiting beliefs you will start to see the change.

Practice good thoughts and vibes.

Lift yourself to a higher self.  You can have one great sentence that will bring an avalanche of joy and positivity every time you say it to yourself:

The trick is you need to believe in those words, to convince yourself, to feel that and it will start to happen. While, how you train your brain may not matter much, duration does.

Usually, it takes three to six months of daily brain training to see results.

Like with other muscles, brain training needs to be maintained. Many of our daily activities are automatic, we need to make a daily effort.

New Activity For Your Brain

Every new activity enriches your brain along the way.

Play games: Puzzles and other games that rely on logic, math, word, and visuospatial skills are great ways to increase brain power. These types of games require multiple cognitive abilities, which challenge your brain and improve processing speed and memory.

Read a variety of books: Books are filled with interesting characters, infinite information, and facts. Imagining different time periods, cultures, and people, while learning new things and building vocabulary is a good workout for your brain.

Use all your senses: Using all your senses helps to strengthen your brain by focusing on smelling, touching, tasting, seeing, and hearing all at the same time. Take a cooking class, visit a farmer’s market or food festival or try a new restaurant.

Learn a new skill:  To calm your body and reduce stress and anxiety.  Also, that can improve your memory and processing power.

Do daily meditation or practice the technique of breathing: It’s a great way to strengthen brain connections because when you learn a new skill, you work multiple areas of your brain. Learning to play an instrument, new dance moves, or a new language all challenge your brain in new ways and can add something fun and interesting to your life.

Do a single task: This is very important. People use to say and think that they are multi-tasking personalities but such a thing is not possible or useful. Our brain processed only and only one task at a time. Be a single task person, finish it and go further. Next task.

Reframe negative thoughts: Every time negative thought appears in your mind try to say to yourself a minimum of two positive thoughts, reformulate them and overcome that negative one. Cheer yourself with positivity. Leave the negativity behind and tell yourself that all the problems in this world have a solution. If you believe, the universe will send you good energy in sight of a person, idea, sources, tools or something totally different that will work for you.

Rely on your memory more: All things that you can, save in your memory. One of the ways you practice your brain and recall information more often. Try to remember where you left something not so long ago, some ways to an old place you visited, learn some lyrics of a new song, try to remember the phone number of your new friend, some addresses etc.

Read often: Read, read, read.

Use brain training apps: On the internet, you can find different types of brain apps that can help you develop diverse kinds of memories.

Be constant: To improve any of your abilities you need time. Certain duration and training make you more agile to work, while some of them make you accept it like your daily routine.

Built the habit: Once when that activity becomes your daily routine it becomes a new habit you built over time.

Raise Your Vibration And Practice Your Intuition

Often the only thing that separates a successful person from an unsuccessful one is their state of mind.

Big minds like Albert Einstein, Nikola Tesla and Richard Feynman used lucid dreaming to visualize some of their theories and solve challenging problems.

They used daily dreaming and visualization as the secret of their greatest discoveries. They practised their intuition and instinct too.

When you become lucid in your dream you can take full control of your dreaming (lucid means that you realize you are dreaming and you are the dreamer) and then you can open yourself up to the possibilities of channelling the infinitive creative potential of the human mind.

All humans together create a collective source of consciousness mind as the infinitive source of abundance and creation.

Practising intuition, visualization, affirmation and manifestation can bring new and amazing results. Never forget that the feeling is the most important, you need to feel it all you do.

Your brain won’t know the difference, do you really experience those things or that it’s only your imagination. Lots of professional athletes use visualization to upgrade their motoric and other performances. 

When you accept that as your routine and daily practice, eventually it will appear in your 3D world, as a manifestation. 

Some of these techniques are powerful tools to set up your mind on the right path. Most of the time, when you are not thinking and just following your intuition you are not wrong.

Follow the inner self, the feeling that gives you the right answer. That’s automatic. Don’t question it, trust the vibration. It is never wrong.

Conclusion

For almost one year now, I was doing this for myself. I even can not remember how it comes to me like an idea, but it comes at the moment of my lowest.

Life goes on, as they say in some songs and I need to overcome my obstacles. No one will do that for me.

I start to exercise after a long period, super often and dedicated as I go to an Olympics. One decade ago I used to be very active and amazed with Capoeira, Brazilian martial art.

That was my obsession, love, sport, hobi and filter to make me calm from all the stress and problems that life brings. I enjoy it tremendously.

Life brings me to another part of the world, where I am still living and I made my family here. I stop with my capoeira days when I moved, desperately searching for the same energy and love in a new world.

Didn’t find it! Next few years, I still was doing it for myself but didn’t have friends and trainee partners.

One day I stop. I stop moving and enjoying the dance that keeps me alive. Long period I didn’t exercise and came to a conclusion that I am not me if I am not active.

I start to exercise again. That brings me joy, a better mood, more smiles on my face and more energy. I activated myself and start to explore, start to read a lot like before but this time new topics and discover new knowledge.

I am learning every day, which makes me the happiest person ever. In that process, great things are coming my way and I am grateful for all the new opportunities and possibilities that they bring within.

Exercising your body will bring new interesting tasks to the brain. When you fully activate yourself, step on the gear and add extra level to your body and mind game. Enjoy the ride!
